• Arrival & Changeover Day

We’ll work around you. Any changeover day is available, if your holiday is back to back with another then the apartment will be available from 3pm and then should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. If not, just let us know your flight times and everything will be ready for your stay.

• Meet & Greet

Our onsite representative is British, has a wealth of local information and is available to help you and answer any questions you may have during your stay.

• Booking Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm your booking with the balance payable no less than 90 days prior to departure. If departure is within 90 days then full payment is required on booking. A refundable security deposit of £250.00 is required against breakages and damage which will be refunded within 7 days of return of the apartment keys to our onsite agent, providing everything is in order and after checking the apartment inventory.

Cancellations - 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in, 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date. Refunds are not permitted less than 30 days before arrival. A cleaning Fee of £65 is payable for all bookings. Our local agent may apply a late arrival charge, if you intend to arrive after 7pm please advise when making your booking.

Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you all the details you need to start planning your luxurious break at Coto Real Duquesa. We’ll send you detailed directions to the Apartment from your chosen airport as well as a wealth of local information to help you get the most from your stay. Got a question?
